Yes. KynexiCam is designed for both indoor and outdoor use and features a weather-resistant build suitable for year-round monitoring.


2. What video quality does KynexiCam offer?

KynexiCam records in 2K Ultra-HD resolution, providing clear and detailed footage for reliable monitoring.


3. Does the camera have night vision?

Yes. KynexiCam includes night vision, allowing you to monitor your space clearly in low-light and nighttime conditions.


4. How long does shipping take?

Orders take 3 business days to process, followed by 7–10 business days for delivery.
Total estimated delivery time is 10–13 business days.


5. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


6. Do you accept returns or refunds?

No. All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

10. What happens if my package is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?

If your package is marked as delivered, please:

Check your mailbox or parcel locker

Contact your local carrier
